Our company moves at a fast pace. We are demanding and none our partners could keep up with us…not even the HCM Implementation Team. HCMPACT was the only partner that outpaced us. The best project manager I have worked with. HCMPACT always drives things to the end. Unbelievable fast in responding to emails; remembers all details for a long time. HCMPACT is also able to quickly adopt their communication style: In one hour they can discuss strategies and in next hour explaining the details to executive members. Thinking 2-3 steps ahead is HCMPACT's advantage.  HCMPACT provides thorough thinkers, great listeners and amazing logic thinkers when putting  all process touch points together to simplify the process. HCMPACT was crucial to our ability to implement UKG successfully under a demanding timeline with limited staffing and MANY competing priorities. We moved from a completely manual startup environment to the full suite of UKG products including timekeeping and payroll for more than 2000 part-time and seasonal unionized staff and the complex pay rules and taxation requirements for our players. The entire team at HCMPACT are knowledgeable, good humored, and patient, with an uncanny ability to interpret what we couldn’t articulate well and come back with practical solutions in record time. I have been involved in multiple implementations of various HCM systems in my career and was blown away by how impactful having HCMPACT input and leadership was to our ability to meet the needs of the business and our key stakeholders.
