Scott Showers, COO & Co-founder
Scott setup KSI with Marie Castillo in April 2011. Previously having worked as a Corporate Director of Service Delivery in Towers Watson, Scott’s passion has always been around the enablement of HR and the delivery of HR technologies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Marie Castillo, CFO & Co-Founder
Marie co-founded KSI with Scott in April 2011. Over Marie’s career she has undertaken many HR roles working with Companies to improve their processes and systems. Marie took the leap with Scott to set up KSI in order to continue the passion of her work in a boutique firm without the large corporate company constraints.
Lorna Barrett, Director, Global Service Delivery Transformation Services
Lorna joined KSI in October 2011 as a Senior HR Consultant, she met Scott & Marie in one of their previous project engagements and clicked with their style, approach and ethics. Lorna moved into the KSI Leadership Team in April 2016. Lorna has spent her whole career within the HR arena, starting out in Industry, completing her CIPD and moving into HR & Payroll project implementations before moving to HR Consultancy. Lorna’s passion is to see clients grow, develop and successfully implement the end project.
Bill Perez, Director, Change Management Transformation Services
Bill joined KSI in January 2017 as a Senior Consultant and moved to the Director role in October 2018. Bill’s career has been in depth and focused on HR Operations & Payroll, within industry for 20 plus years. His move to KSI and HR Consulting was a passion for him to give back to clients the learnings he has achieved over his time working in a Corporate company role.
Lara Kincannon, Director, Global Transformation Advisory Services
Lara joined KSI in April 2012 as a Senior HR Consultant, moving to her Director role in April 2016. Like the other Director’s Lara met Scott & Marie in one of their previous project engagements and was excited to move to KSI to continue working & growing the company with them. Lara’s career has been HR focused, working in many different HR roles within industry and moving into HR Consultancy in 2012.
