The HCMPACT Transformation team has played a pivotal role over the past year and a half to help our organization position itself for success in its transformative goal of adopting new technologies to improve decision making, efficiency and performance. HCMPACT was crucial to our ability to implement UKG successfully under a demanding timeline with limited staffing and MANY competing priorities. We moved from a completely manual startup environment to the full suite of UKG products including timekeeping and payroll for more than 2000 part-time and seasonal unionized staff and the complex pay rules and taxation requirements for our players. The entire team at HCMPACT are knowledgeable, good humored, and patient, with an uncanny ability to interpret what we couldn’t articulate well and come back with practical solutions in record time. I have been involved in multiple implementations of various HCM systems in my career and was blown away by how impactful having HCMPACT input and leadership was to our ability to meet the needs of the business and our key stakeholders.
